As we expand our remote team, we're seeking a motivated Immigration Case Worker who is not only detail-oriented and client-focused but also capable of leading and supporting a small team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and submit a variety of immigration applications (study permits, work permits, visitor visas, PR, sponsorships) Manage communications with clients to collect documents, clarify details, and provide updates Review case files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with IRCC requirements Draft forms, support letters, and organize application packages Use our case management system to track file status, deadlines, and progress Lead and support a small team of junior staff or assistants as needed Provide training, guidance, and oversight on routine tasks Ensure high standards of client service and workflow efficiency across the team Keep updated on changes to Canadian immigration laws and procedures Lead a team of 3 caseworkers and quality check their work.
