Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, for the Head of DevOps position. The Head of DevOps will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable infrastructure, overseeing software development processes, and driving continuous integration and delivery practices. Additionally, the role includes team leadership responsibilities, collaboration across departments, and ensuring optimal performance and security standards for operational systems. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Software Development and related methodologies. Expertise in managing Infrastructure and ensuring systems are secure, scalable, and efficient. Experience with Continuous Integration practices and tools to streamline development and deployment processes. Proven Team Leadership skills with the ability to mentor, guide, and manage multi-disciplinary teams effectively. Experience with latest knowledge in AIML, LLMs and LLM Ops Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Linux systems. Excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and a strategic mindset. Relevant qualifications in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields are highly desirable. Experience in digital transformation and cloud technologies is a plus.
