Job Title: Media and Content Designer Location: Pune Reports to: Manager Employment Type: Full time Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and skilled Media and Content Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing compelling visual content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and digital marketing campaigns. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and an understanding of current trends in digital media to craft content that engages and inspires our target audience. Key Responsibilities: Design and create multimedia content, including graphics, videos, animations, and infographics for online platforms. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to produce high-quality visual assets that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals. Edit and retouch photos and videos to enhance visual appeal and ensure content consistency. Develop templates for social media posts, email newsletters, and other digital communications. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve design and content quality. Ensure all content is optimized for various platforms, including web, social media, mobile, and email. Maintain a library of assets, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible. Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and projects. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in media and content design, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency setting. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools. Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills. A portfolio showcasing your design and content work is required. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of branding and marketing strategies.
