Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and result-oriented Branding & Marketing Manager to develop and execute branding and marketing strategies that strengthen the company's market presence, enhance brand visibility, generate business leads, and support overall business growth in the fire safety and manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Management
- Develop and implement branding strategies to strengthen the company's identity and market positioning.
- Maintain brand consistency across company profiles, brochures, catalogues, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Manage corporate branding, product branding, and brand communication.
- Build brand awareness among customers, distributors, dealers, and business partners.
2. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop annual marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional strategies.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys.
- Identify new market opportunities and recommend strategies to improve market share.
- Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns targeting industrial and corporate customers.
3. Digital Marketing
- Manage the company's website, SEO, social media platforms, and digital campaigns.
- Develop marketing content for LinkedIn, email campaigns, product promotions, and online advertisements.
- Coordinate with digital marketing agencies, designers, and content creators.
- Track campaign performance, website traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
4. Product Marketing & Promotion
- Develop product catalogues, brochures, technical presentations, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to communicate product features and benefits.
- Promote fire safety products and solutions through exhibitions, trade fairs, industry events, and customer engagement activities.
- Support new product launches and marketing campaigns.
5. Lead Generation & Business Support
- Plan marketing initiatives to generate qualified business leads.
- Work closely with the sales and business development teams to support revenue growth.
- Develop customer communication strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor lead conversion, campaign effectiveness, and marketing ROI.
6. Team & Agency Management
- Manage marketing executives, designers, advertising agencies, and external vendors.
- Prepare marketing budgets and monitor expenditure.
- Analyse marketing performance and prepare periodic reports for management.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of branding, marketing strategy, and brand positioning.
- Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in manufacturing, industrial products, or fire safety.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, social media, and lead generation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and content development skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, negotiation, and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing analytics tools.
Pay: ₹37,000.00 - ₹56,000.00 per month
