About the Role We’re looking for a passionate and imaginative Motion Graphic Designer who loves building brands through compelling visuals. What You’ll Do Develop eye-catching digital creatives — social media posts, web banners, videos/reels/animation Craft brand and visual identities — from logos to full brand language and business stationery Create compelling mockups , brand manuals, and packaging designs Design print collateral including brochures, media kits, and marketing materials Lead the visual direction for annual reports and publications Visualise campaigns and brand narratives , bringing fresh, trend-forward ideas to the table Ensure consistency and excellence across all visual touchpoints Collaborate with content, marketing, and strategy teams to translate ideas into powerful visuals What You Bring Strong conceptual thinking with an ability to visualise and not just execute Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects (Dreamweaver is a bonus!) Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory A sharp eye for detail and commitment to artistic quality even under tight deadlines Up-to-date with design trends, digital culture, and storytelling formats Good command of the English language – both written and verbal A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects
