Brand Strategist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute brand strategies for corporate events and weddings, ensuring consistent brand positioning and a strong market presence.
• Plan and oversee marketing communication for events, translating event concepts and client requirements into compelling brand stories and engaging content.
• Coordinate on-site event coverage, including photography, videography, content creation, and real-time updates for social media and other marketing platforms.
• Work closely with the marketing and design teams to plan, brief, review, and execute creatives, campaigns, event collaterals, and digital content in line with brand standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of high-quality marketing outputs.
• Develop content and campaign strategies for social media, digital platforms, and promotional activities to showcase event experiences, strengthen brand visibility, and attract potential clients.
• Conduct competitor analysis, monitor industry trends, and identify creative opportunities to differentiate in the corporate events and wedding segments.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity, visual communication, tone of voice, and storytelling across all marketing materials, event coverage, and digital platforms.
• Monitor marketing performance, review content quality and engagement, and work collaboratively with the marketing and design teams to improve output, efficiency, and overall brand impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in brand strategy, brand management, or marketing.
• Strong market research and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of digital marketing, social media, and integrated campaigns.
• Ability to develop brand strategies and creative briefs.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
