About the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic and detail-orientated brand experience manager who can take ownership of how our brand is perceived, experienced and remembered.

This role goes beyond managing social media or executing marketing campaigns. We are looking for someone who understands the fundamentals of building a strong brand, developing a distinct identity, creating meaningful brand experiences and maintaining consistency across every customer touchpoint.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of branding, consumer perception, visual communication, storytelling and brand positioning, along with the ability to translate ideas into effective execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen the brand's identity, positioning and overall market perception.
• Establish and maintain a consistent brand voice, visual language and communication strategy.
• Conceptualise and execute brand-building initiatives, campaigns and creative projects.
• Oversee brand storytelling, messaging and creative direction across platforms.
• Ensure consistency across website, product presentation, packaging, social media and other customer touchpoints.
• Understand the target audience, consumer behaviour and market trends to identify opportunities for brand development.
• Work closely with design, content, creative and business teams to bring brand concepts to life.
• Identify opportunities to improve the overall customer and brand experience.
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure that all communication reflects the desired brand identity.
• Take ownership of projects from initial conceptualisation through execution and evaluation.

What We Are Looking For

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in branding, brand management or brand development.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, identity, storytelling and consumer perception.
• Excellent communication, conceptualisation and creative thinking skills.
• A strong aesthetic sense and understanding of visual branding.
• Ability to develop ideas independently and translate them into actionable projects.
• Experience working with creative, design and content teams.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain brand consistency.
• A combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Experience with premium, luxury, lifestyle, fashion, beauty or D2C brands will be an advantage.

Important Role Clarification

This is a brand-building and brand experience position, not a performance marketing role.

We are specifically looking for professionals with expertise in organic brand development, brand strategy, identity, communication and creative direction.

This position does not primarily involve paid advertising, media buying, performance campaigns or lead-generation targets.

Compensation & Other Details

• Salary budget: ₹50,000–₹70,000 per month.
• ₹70,000 per month is the maximum budget for this position. Compensation within this range will depend on relevant experience, capabilities and interview assessment.
• Full-time, in-office position based in Gurugram, Haryana.
• Candidates must be comfortable working from our Gurugram office.
