Brand Creative Executive

The Brand Creative Executive is a one-person creative engine for the Excellence Home brand. This person will design all company and project collaterals, shoot and edit videos at project sites, and publish content on social media with a clear focus on lead generation. From a single Instagram post to a project brochure to a drone film, everything the brand shows to the world will pass through this role.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on, real-world experience in graphic design, video shooting/editing and social media management. Real estate, hospitality, resort or lifestyle brand experience preferred.
• Strong portfolio showing actual work done for brands or clients.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (or CorelDRAW), Canva and at least one video editor (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut).
• Working knowledge of After Effects / motion graphics is a plus.
• Good understanding of Instagram and YouTube algorithms, trends and Reels formats.
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads creatives and lead-generation content.
• Good visual sense, creativity and attention to detail.
• Communication in English, Hindi and Marathi.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and work on weekends when shoots or events require it.
• Own laptop and two-wheeler preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
