About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Brand & Account Lead with strong experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and brand communication. The ideal candidate will manage client projects, oversee creative content production, strengthen B2B brand presence, and improve website visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage e-commerce creatives and social media content for client brands.
• Handle end-to-end client account management, project timelines, feedback, and final delivery.
• Build and manage LinkedIn and social media presence for B2B brands.
• Drive SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to improve search visibility and AI-generated search results.
• Develop case studies, whitepapers, blogs, and thought leadership content.
• Maintain brand guidelines and collaborate with design teams to ensure creative quality.
• Support sales pitches with presentations, case studies, and tailored marketing content.

Mandatory Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in digital marketing and/or e-commerce.
• Experience in communication for large B2C/FMCG brands is mandatory.
• Strong account management experience, preferably in a digital agency or a multi-brand environment.
• Excellent project coordination, content quality assessment, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• MBA from a reputed institute.
• B2B marketing experience. Experience in handling the team.
• Knowledge of SEO, GEO, keyword strategy, technical SEO audits, structured data, and AI search visibility.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or Semrush.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
