We’re Hiring: BI Analyst (GTM / Sales Analytics) graph8 is looking for a world-class BI Analyst who can turn large-scale GTM event data (emails, calls, sequences, SMS, LinkedIn tasks, SDR activity, meetings, AI call outcomes) into dashboards that drive revenue for our global clients. We need someone who lives and breathes GTM, outbound, SDR workflows, funnel analytics, and attribution with min 7 years of experience . What You’ll Own Build dashboards end-to-end (Metabase/Superset/Power BI/Tableau/Looker) Model large event datasets (ClickHouse, BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift) Create SDR, outbound, sequence & attribution dashboards Define KPIs: reply rate, connect rate, SQL/MQL, pipeline, funnel conversion Present insights directly to clients & internal teams Must-Have Experience (Non-Negotiable) 7+ Years of Experience Hands-on GTM / Sales Analytics experience Email → open/reply analysis Cold outbound & sequence analytics Call connection metrics SDR performance reporting Funnel analytics (MQL → SQL → Opp → Pipeline) Attribution (first-touch, last-touch, multi-touch) Expert SQL + BI modeling Built dashboards from scratch Not Considering HR / finance / ops / MIS analysts Power BI-only drag-and-drop users Candidates who haven’t worked with SDR/calls/emails/sequences No attribution experience Best-Fit Backgrounds Analytics/GTM teams at SaaS companies (Freshworks, Zoho, LeadSquared, BrowserStack, Chargebee, CleverTap, etc.) RevOps or growth analytics Consulting analytics (ZS, Fractal, MuSigma) SDR outsourcing companies (huge plus) What You’ll Deliver in the First 30 Days Map ClickHouse schema & define GTM metrics Build 10 high-impact dashboards (outbound, sequences, SDR rankings, funnel, attribution, ROI, etc.) Create reusable dashboard templates across 100+ clients Build insights layer: persona, industry, AI outcomes, funnel bottlenecks, sequence optimization
