Role overview : We’re looking for an enthusiastic and energetic leader being a social media native with AI mindset – someone who treats every video as a paid-ad-level experiment, moves at start-up speed, kills underperforming ideas, creates distinctive ideas to deliver 5-10 new clips per week without meetings and approvals. Job Role Create & edit videos for social media, advertisements, reels, and long-form content. Trim, arrange, and enhance footage to tell engaging, visually compelling stories. Create static and motion creatives for carousels and digital ad campaigns. Add transitions, sound design, music, and text overlays for a polished final output. Collaborate closely with the videographer and creative team to maintain tone, style, and story alignment. Manage timelines efficiently, delivering high-quality edits within deadlines. Optimize video formats for different digital platforms and stay updated with latest editing trends, social media styles, and techniques. Knowledge and skills required Proficiency in Premiere Pro along with working knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop. Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual rhythm suited for short-form, social-first content. Attention to detail and aesthetics with the ability to craft dynamic, engaging visuals.
