The role involves developing and delivering engaging English lessons focused on CUET syllabus preparation. Daily tasks include curriculum planning, conducting classes, evaluating student performance, and providing tailored feedback to enhance learning outcomes. The faculty member will also contribute to enhancing course materials and ensuring students are well-prepared for exams through innovative teaching methodologies. Qualifications Strong expertise in English Teaching and Teaching methodologies Proficiency in English Literature and Literature analysis Experience in Curriculum Development with a focus on structured lesson planning Excellent communication skills and the ability to guide and motivate students A passion for education and a student-first teaching approach Prior experience in preparing students for competitive exams is an advantage Master’s degree in English, English Literature, Education, or a related field
