You’ll use BOSS daily not just to optimize voyages, but also to track vessel performance, analyze emissions, and help shape smarter, greener operations. What You’ll Do Operate BOSS modules for voyage planning, routing, and performance tracking. Carry out performance analysis—monitor fuel use, speed, and efficiency. Support emissions analysis and reporting, aligning with environmental compliance and green initiatives. Analyze data, spot issues early, and recommend practical, sustainable fixes. Communicate clearly with internal teams for daily operations. Balance hard work with smart work—finding better, not just busier, ways to get things done. 😉 What We’re Looking For Solid skills in Excel and data analysis. Interest in sustainability and emissions reporting in shipping. Fast learner—training on BOSS provided. Clear communicator and quick thinker. Team player with drive and adaptability.
