Mission Drive the growth of demand and supply in Delhi, ensuring sustainable expansion and operational efficiency. Outcome (Delhi) Scale city operations to 360,000 deliveries and 15,000,000 INR revenue monthly together with Marketing & Sales teams Within two weeks, develop a comprehensive growth plan for the city and secure approval from the Leadership team and CEO. Be prepared for monthly reviews, committing to the agreed-upon metrics. Develop and expand four experimental areas (starting with Patel Nagar), partnering with Product, Marketing and Sales teams in their experiments Identify Growth Opportunities: Develop a list of potential growth opportunities. For each opportunity, define key success metrics and establish timelines for experimental phases within three weeks. Launch & Track Experiments: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch these experiments. Continuously track the defined metrics. Bi-weekly Review & Analysis: Prepare for bi-weekly reviews to report results, providing detailed analysis of experiment outcomes. Build and lead a high-performing operations team Define and finalize the team structure, including detailed responsibilities and budget, in collaboration with the Leadership Team (LT). Spearhead the hiring process, managing interviews and aiming for initial results within the first month.
