Our mission is to build a society that celebrates creativity, education, and inclusion — making reading and writing accessible to all. About the Internship This internship is a community-based fundraising initiative where interns lead efforts to support tribal education by raising essential funds. Interns are expected to raise a minimum of 10 donations of ₹31 during the one-month period. At Booksthakam, our donation structure is simple yet powerful: ₹1 = 1 Day All funds raised will directly support the establishment and development of Tribal Community Learning centers across Kerala , providing quality education and essential resources to tribal communities. Students pursuing BSW, MSW , or any social science stream Students and professionals from any discipline with a passion for social impact, education, or literacy What We Do Enhancement of Tribal Education We support the setup and growth of community learning centers across Kerala’s tribal regions, offering access to quality education. Promoting Reading and Writing in Schools Through book donations, writing programs, and literacy workshops, we foster creativity and a love for reading among students. Publishing Works of Underprivileged Children We discover, support, and publish the writings of young talents from underprivileged backgrounds.
