We’re looking for a sharp, curious UX Researcher & Designer Intern who’s excited to work at the intersection of user behavior, journey design, and digital experience. You’ll work closely with the founders and strategy team to conduct user research, map customer journeys, and co-create UX improvements that directly impact real businesses. Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and behavior analysis Support the creation of customer personas and journey maps Benchmark competitor experiences and analyze best practices Identify UX friction points and improvement opportunities Assist in wireframing and UX design using tools like Figma Collaborate on omnichannel experience design (web, email, WhatsApp) Present insights using Canva, Google Slides/Sheets/Docs What You’ll Get Mentorship from senior CX strategists and designers Exposure to live client projects in fast-moving consumer brands Hands-on experience across the full UX research and design process A strong portfolio of customer journey and product design work Opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance About Company: Bolt is a human-centered experience design agency.
