About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Build and own the sales process end-to-end for mid-market clients 2. Design, test, and refine scalable sales systems and messaging 3. Identify ideal customer profiles, source leads, and engage decision-makers 4. Conduct product demos, handle objections, and nurture leads through the pipeline 5. Strategically drive sales campaigns to increase conversion and revenue 6. Create compelling messaging across email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels 7. Track KPIs, provide reports, and continually optimize performance 8.
