The Operator will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the distillery. The day-to-day tasks include monitoring equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, maintaining production records, and performing routine maintenance checks. The Operator will also be involved in troubleshooting operational issues and ensuring smooth production processes. Qualifications Experience in operating and monitoring industrial machinery and equipment Knowledge of safety standards and quality control processes Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to maintain accurate production records and perform routine maintenance Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a physically demanding environment Experience in the distillery or beverage industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification is a plus
