Job Title: Marketing Executive Location: Bonvivant Overseas Pvt Ltd, Patparganj Department: Marketing & Sales Reports To: Corporate Sales Manager / Marketing Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, corporate sales, brand promotion activities, and contributing to the overall marketing strategy of the company, with a focus on corporate gifting and exports. The role also includes creative input on packaging design for new and existing products to enhance customer appeal and align with brand identity. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Client Communication: Handle lead generation for corporate gifting and export verticals. Communicate with prospects via phone, email, and meetings. Explain product offerings, understand client requirements, provide tailored solutions, and close deals. Corporate Sales & On-Ground Activities: Conduct client visits when required to close deals or participate in Below The Line (BTL) marketing activities. Identify and coordinate with corporates for promotional activities in collaboration with the Corporate Sales Manager. Plan and execute in-person brand activations and sampling initiatives at corporate locations. Marketing Strategy & Branding: Contribute creative ideas for building the brand through social media campaigns and other promotional efforts. Analyze brand presence on various e-commerce platforms and suggest improvements. Participate in brand analysis and ensure alignment with marketing goals. Packaging Design & Development: Contribute ideas and suggestions for the design and development of product packaging for both new and existing products. Ensure packaging designs reflect the brand identity and enhance visual appeal to target customers. Coordinate with the design and production teams to implement packaging concepts effectively. Operational Responsibilities: Estimate and manage product samples required for promotional activities. Coordinate with the production team for issuing samples and maintain accurate records. Prepare detailed reports on promotional campaigns, including sample usage, sales impact, and social media engagement metrics (e.g., Facebook likes). Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with customers to gather feedback and enhance customer satisfaction. Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and implementing new marketing trends and ideas aligned with the company’s goals. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 0 – 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or corporate client handling (preferably in corporate gifting, exports, or FMCG industries). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Creative thinking and a proactive attitude toward brand building and packaging design. Comfortable with occasional travel for client visits and on-ground marketing activities. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of social media platforms.
