I had a terrible experience at Body Craft Salon. I had an appointment, yet I was made to wait for over 30 minutes. Eventually, I had to leave without even receiving the service. If they cannot manage their appointments properly, they should not take bookings.

I called and confirmed the price for hair Botox treatment at 8k, but when I visited the saloon they increased the price to 14 k plus gst, I wasted money on travelling too, not worthy, staff is not interested to provide services that’s why they just told me more price, my hair length is medium, for no reason asking more.
