Rude staff which talks as if you have done some crime going to them for some work. The guy and lady sitting next to Tellers really need to learn how to talk to people. Bank policies are something which are known to you. You can't laugh on people instead of helping them.

Worst Bank, Worst service, Worst Staff, Worst Atmosphere and most important Worst Manager - Srivastava ...Be careful by opening an account here. They even can take your all money and would not return it back.. They are WOrst in all support also dont do any FD's here as they never return your own money

The Branch does not believe in replying to E-mail received from Senior Citizen who has even from a Rediance Customer.

I can't login my net banking I'd there is always showing your username and password was incorrect I have my net banking I'd . I calling the customer service number they saying your email I'd was not updated in portal and branch manager are saying we can't help with this overall experience was very bad and that's very bad service.

phone number is wrong/suspect, if you call them, they will not tell you which bank, but ask for your ATM card number(both sides), account number etc, very disturbing, these large banks need to claim their google domain/business....

Mayur Vihar Phase 3 is appearing as part of Address for all the places(shops and establishments) appearing as part of GANGA SHOPPING COMPLEX, Sector 29 , NOIDA is not correct and to be deleted as I have already posted for BSNL Exchange and Ganga Shopping Complex today
