Key Responsibilities Managing all financial tasks, accounting & budgeting leading a team of finance professionals. Timely and accurate reporting of financial statements and reports in accordance with IND-AS. Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual closing of financial- Balance sheet, P&L, Cash Flow statements. Ensuring closure of Monthly Financial Books, Preparation of Monthly Financial Results, MIS, Dash board for the management review. Ensuring the completion of internal & statutory audit in a timely and accurate manner. Handling Treasury Function including liasioning with Banker, ensuring optimization of cost of funds, Preparation and evaluation of CMA Data & other banking compliances, manage day to day cash flow, dealing with Credit rating agency for timely data submission for renewal of ratings Ensuring adequate financial controls in SAP, Driving ITGC, Development/ customization of reports from SAP/BW Requirements: Ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of relevant experience Qualified CA Experience in Footwear/FMCG Sector SAP working experience Reasonably good with Excel Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: post qualification: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person
You will be responsible for managing all financial tasks, accounting, and budgeting while leading a team of finance professionals. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial statements and reports according to IND-AS standards. You will oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of financial statements such as the Balance sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow statements. Additionally, you will be in charge of finalizing Monthly Financial Books, preparing Monthly Financial Results, MIS, and Dashboards for management review. It will be your duty to ensure the completion of internal and statutory audits in a timely and accurate manner. You will also handle Treasury functions, which involve liaising with bankers, optimizing the cost of funds, preparing and evaluating CMA Data, managing day-to-day cash flow, and interacting with Credit rating agencies for timely data submission for rating renewals. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining adequate financial controls in SAP, driving ITGC, and developing/customizing reports from SAP/BW. The ideal candidate for this position should have 5-8 years of relevant experience, be a qualified CA, possess experience in the Footwear/FMCG sector, have SAP working experience, and be reasonably proficient in Excel. This is a full-time permanent position with a day shift schedule. The required experience for the role is a minimum of 5 years post-qualification. The work location is in-person.,
