Category: Infrastructure/Cloud Main location: India, Karnataka, Bangalore Position ID: J0125-2044 Employment Type: Full Time Position Description: Analyze and document existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation. Design and develop custom automation solutions using various tools and technologies. Ensure data flows efficiently between systems, automating processes and reducing manual interventions. Utilize integration tools like Jitterbit, Automation Anywhere, eBonding or similar platforms to build and maintain integration workflows and APIs. Develop custom code or scripts as needed for complex integration scenarios. Implement and test automation solutions and provide training to users. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes, APIs, and workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and deliver solutions. Monitor and maintain automation solutions to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively. Work with clients to identify new automation opportunities and continuously improve existing solutions. Guide Juniors and help the Sales team to present Demos and Proof of Concepts. Experience: 4-6 years of experience working with Automation or Integration technologies.
