We are looking for a field sales person who will visit builders, contractors, shops, and customers, show our products, take orders, follow up, and help increase sales in the given area. Key Responsibilities: Visit customers like builders, contractors, architects, shop owners, and housing societies. Show product samples like paver blocks and tiles and explain basic features and rates. Find new customers in the area and build good relationships. Take orders and share details with office and factory team. Follow up on enquiries, rates, delivery dates, and payment reminders. Share daily visit reports and customer updates with the sales manager. Coordinate with the Badlapur factory for product availability and dispatch. Support the retail store in Thane when needed for walk-in customers. Meet monthly sales targets given by the company. Represent the company politely and professionally in the market. Preferred: Experience in field sales, preferably in construction or building materials. Should know area routes and be comfortable travelling in the market. Must have good talking skills and confidence with customers. Should be honest, hardworking, and willing to learn product details. Two-wheeler preferred (fuel allowance can be discussed). Basic WhatsApp and phone usage for sharing reports.
