We are seeking an experienced Google AdWords Specialist to lead and optimize our paid digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with deep expertise in Google Ads ecosystem and a proven track record of driving measurable results through data-driven campaigns. Proficiency in utilizing AI tools for marketing process automation is required. Role & responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize Google AdWords campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Performance Max Set up, manage, and scale Google Local Service Ads to drive qualified local leads Develop comprehensive paid digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation Create compelling ad copy, extensions, and landing page recommendations to maximize conversion rates Manage campaign budgets effectively to achieve optimal ROI and CPL/CPA targets Implement conversion tracking, Google Analytics integration, and tag management Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies Monitor campaign performance metrics and generate detailed analytical reports Stay updated with Google Ads platform changes, new features, and industry best practices Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure campaign alignment Manage other paid marketing channels including Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising Preferred candidate profile Experience Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in Google AdWords/Google Ads management Proven expertise in Google Local Service Ads setup and optimization Demonstrated experience managing substantial monthly ad budgets (please specify amount in application) Strong portfolio showcasing successful campaign outcomes and performance improvements Technical Skills Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager Experience with bid management tools and automation platforms Strong understanding of conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience targeting Knowledge of SEO principles and how they complement paid search strategies Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting Experience with CRM and AI tools for marketing automation
