very worst customer service provider in India.I never seen such a worst service in Internet also customer care Since i cancelled my connection 4 months back still not yet settled my Refund now i need to go for legal action.Deal all please dont take this connection......

Very Poor customer service. Delayed response for concerns raised.they dont seem to have customers as their priority. Even after complaints, no response or explanations from management. Looking to switch to another provider.
