I have been using Blu WiFi for few years, expect for very few connection failure, its good. Worth the money. I will be glad if they introduce auto debit facility instead of recharging manually every month. Its such a pain to login and recharge.

Personally I like this broadband service, payment also very easy and incase if missed the last date of payment, service team has alerting messages thru SMS or WhatsApp. Thanks team works for everyone in Blu Ultraband internet services

Rapid response for all issues. Very good employees. Speed is reduced after some days of recharge. Kindly sort out this issues

Bitter experience. Huge upfront charges. Poor quality of internet connection and speed. Don't make mistake of taking their subscription. If you lodge a complaint they send you a ticket no with a message couched in technical language which …

I have an internet connection for the last 1.5 years. Whenever it rains the connection goes off and it takes atleast 5 days to get it rectified after daily followup. They charge you for the period for which the internet is not working and disconnect it exactly on the due date. Never ever make the mistake of subscribing their services

Poor customer service.. Even not attending phone even calling multiple times in different timeline.. Always signal is slow too... Not fast in recovery also... …

Worst Service Ever seen on all sectors, less experienced team. Very Poor support team. No one is responsible on this office, Cheaper, but you wont have connection most time!! 100 % not recommended!! if you want to go for this then you will write review soon like this...
