Everything is fine. But the office refuses to pay my pending salary balance. It has been 9 months since we said that we will definitely give that too. I have also shifted to another office. Contacted them by email and no response...it will be right if you do as told...?

Using it for past 2 years. No issues so far, with occasional line drop due to fibre cut because of road works. Recently upgraded to 300 Mbps. Good value for money. No Huss no fuss connection

Service is good. Connectivity is mostly seamless. If there is any issue occasionally, when reported to customer service, the issue is attended to and rectified without delay. Service is satisfactory. For every email or message sent, they acknowledge and respond.

Was great when they started operations in Coimbatore, in fact they were first in the city to offer high speed internet and good FUP but last few months the quality of service is beyond poor. Internet connectivity drops every few minutes …

Service is good. Connectivity is more good. When reported to customer about any issue or downtime, the issue is attended to and rectified without delay. Service is satisfactory. Mail respond also very good.

I am happy with the Blu WiFi services. Customer friendly and always make the commitments crystal clear. Plan updates are always forecast and excellent services. For me my online classes in this pandemic period was going good because of Blu WiFi

At the first time of connection. I have so much confusions to take this connection. But, now awesome experience with them for last 8 Months. Feel better with fiber speed at low price. Rapid response on location visit. Thanks for making my work from home as pieceful.
