I purchased a 3 piece suit with little alteration they told to receive after 3days .when I went to collect it the suit was in bad condition with so many rinkles . they even didn't provide cover bag also . Unsatisfying experience. Staff behaviour is also not good.

Poor customer service. Will never visit store again. Sales staff was not even interested in telling details of the product and was not properly attending inspite of no major footfall in the store.

Very poor service, I purchased formal trouser three days before. And left it for alteration. The day I got it, I found no alteration was done. Such a worst experience. Will never ever visit this store.
