I have "Arrow" e-gift card voucher value of INR 4K and he denied for the using this voucher. And, he is speaking very rudely that he will not use this voucher and he will take only cash for any transaction.

On taking time to choose between articles, staff’s reply was “ Timepass Ho Gaya Inka” said one staff to my friend. This let us to leave the store immediately. A very unprofessional staff.

I went to this store to buy a shirt but couldn’t buy because the salesman is absolutely non courteous and misbehaved with me & the worst part is the lady manager weren’t taking the cognisance of that. I will never ever enter into this store. I hope management will take some corrective action. If you really want to improve.
