Job Description

Your role will focus on software engineering, involving the development, maintenance, and optimization of software solutions/applications. You will apply scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems, lead cross-functional teams, and collaborate with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and solve software engineering problems using scientific methods. - Develop and apply software engineering practice and knowledge in research, design, development, and maintenance. - Exercise original thought and judgement while supervising the technical and administrative work of other software engineers. - Build skills and expertise in software engineering discipline to meet standard software engineer skills expectations. - Collaborate and act as a team player with other software engineers and stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in BY Planning or related SCM platforms. - Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory optimization. - Hands-on experience with SQL, APIs, and scripting languages. - Familiarity with ETL tools and cloud data platforms. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Blue Yonder Cloud implementations. - Certifications in BY Planning or related SCM tools. - Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery models.
