Role & responsibilities Job Description: Sales Executive Real Estate (Builder Company) Follow up with potential leads generated through various sources Schedule and conduct site visits with clients Explain project details, pricing, and location advantages clearly to customers Handle customer queries and build a positive relationship Bring interested clients to the negotiation table Coordinate with the sales team and management during the negotiation process Maintain regular follow-up until deal closure Preferred candidate profile Candidate Profile: Graduate in any discipline Experience in real estate sales is preferred but not mandatory Proficient in English, Kannada, and Hindi Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds Strong follow-up and persuasion skills Should reside in or around Yelahanka / North Bangalore Familiarity with the local area and market trends is an added advantage
