Key Responsibilities:Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training of petrol pump staff (attendants, supervisors, cleaners, etc.) Maintain and update employee records across all petrol pump units Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements Handle payroll coordination and attendance monitoring Address grievances, conduct performance evaluations, and manage staff retention Coordinate with pump managers to resolve HR-related issues on-site Organize periodic training sessions on safety, customer service, and operational discipline Prepare HR reports and present updates to senior management Travel to different petrol pump locations as and when required Requirements:Female candidates only Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or operations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle field visits and travel across pump locations Knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and HRMS systems Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for fueling vehicles, maintaining cleanliness of the pump area, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:Dispense petrol/diesel to customers accurately Collect payments via cash, UPI, or card and issue receipts Check oil, water, and tire pressure on request Maintain cleanliness of forecourt and dispensers Ensure safety and handle fuel with care Report any irregularities or emergencies to the supervisor
