Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Creative Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, optimizing processes, managing tasks, research, content writing, and leading teams. Skill Requirements: 2+ years experience in project management, content, or design roles Proficiency with AI content tools (ChatGPT, etc.) Experience with Midjourney similar for AI image generation Working knowledge of design platforms (Canva, Figma, Adobe) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Creative eye with a process-driven mindset Excellent written and verbal communication (English and Punjabi) Key Responsibilities: AI-Driven Content Creation Create and refine written content using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) Add a human touch to AI-generated content to maintain authenticity and brand voice Assist with captions, blogs, scripts, and creative copywriting Creative Tasks Generate AI-based visuals using tools like Midjourney or DALL·E Create and edit basic designs in Canva (social media posts, presentations, thumbnails, etc.) Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to complete creative projects Admin & Organizational Tasks Assign and track tasks using project management tools Maintain organized records in Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive Support scheduling, file organization, and basic operational coordination Online Research & List Building Conduct internet research to find information, ideas, or leads as requested Compile structured lists, summaries, and reports Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and competitors Team & Task Management Coordinate with internal and external team members to ensure project flow Assign work based on skill sets and deadlines Follow up on task completion and ensure quality output Points to Note: If selected, you will be on a 10-day probation period, after which the final decision will be communicated to you. The full-time salary will range from ₹18,000 to ₹24,000 per month. This is a fully remote job. Work timings are flexible but deadline-oriented. You will be given access to learning tools and company accounts to upskill yourself. Entertainment matters too, so you’ll also get access to the company’s Netflix account.
