Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Video Editor for a faceless channel. You will edit fast-paced Reels, Shorts, and TikToks from screen recordings, product demos, and n8n workflow videos. Your job is to turn raw recordings into scroll-stopping videos with high retention. No cinematic or long-form work. You will work closely with the founder and follow clear references and formats. Output speed and consistency matter more than creativity. Responsibilities: Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok. Clean and cut screen recordings and demos. Add burned-in captions, jump cuts, zooms, highlights, arrows, and callouts. Ensure the first 1 to 2 seconds are highly engaging. Maintain consistent visual style across all videos. Deliver edits on time with no dead seconds. Repurpose one video into multiple formats when required. Qualifications: Some previous short-form editing work or portfolio is mandatory. Strong video editing skills .... short-form preferred. Experience with captions, pacing, and retention-focused editing. Basic motion graphics knowledge. Basic graphic design understanding. Good attention to detail and fast turnaround ability. Ability to handle multiple edits in a remote setup. Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools. Degree is not required .... skills and output matter. What is NOT required: Cinematic level color grading. Advanced VFX. Stipend: ₹5,000 per month. Duration: 3 to 6 months .... extendable. Possibility of conversion to a full-time role based on performance.
