Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain regular follow-up with clients and provide after-sales service. Keep updated with market trends, competitors’ offerings, and new project launches. Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams to ensure smooth lead conversion. Requirements:Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (residential or commercial). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
