Blacklead Learning Solutions Location: Noida Experience Level: 3–4 Years Employment Type: Full-time Position Summary We are seeking a creative, experienced, and highly motivated Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our marketing and content team. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of professional experience, a strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design proficiency and dynamic video editing skills, and the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling visual stories across multiple digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Graphic Design Design and produce high-quality visual content for various digital channels, including social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), websites, email campaigns, presentations, and digital ads. Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity and visual guidelines across all internal and external materials. Create engaging illustrations, infographics, charts, and data visualizations that simplify complex information. Design professional templates for internal communications, presentations, and reports. Video Editing & Production Edit and assemble recorded raw footage into polished, engaging video content for marketing, training, and educational purposes (e.g., promotional videos, testimonials, explainer videos, and short-form social content). Add motion graphics, special effects, sound design, and color grading to enhance video quality and visual appeal. Ensure all videos adhere to brand standards, legal requirements (licensing), and technical specifications for various distribution channels (YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). Manage and organize the media library, ensuring efficient asset retrieval. Collaboration & Strategy Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Content, and Instructional Design teams to conceptualize and execute visual projects aligned with business goals. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Stay up-to-date with industry-leading software, trends, and technologies. Required Qualifications & Skills Experience: Minimum of 3–4 years of professional experience in both graphic design and video editing. Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating successful visual and video projects. Graphic Design Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite , particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign . Video Editing Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for editing and motion graphics. Foundational Knowledge: Solid understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout), animation principles, and video production workflow. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) Experience with 3D design software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D). Familiarity with eLearning design principles or experience creating graphics/videos for educational content. Knowledge of UX/UI principles for web and application design.
