In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer data within the companys YayPay platform , ensuring seamless financial operations for both internal and external stakeholders. You will play a key role in initiating and processing customer refunds for accounts with credit balances, as well as preparing escheatment forms and working closely with the corporate accounting team to ensure proper filing with the appropriate jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update customer credit data in YayPay. Assist internal teams and external customers with credit-related inquiries.
