Job Description for accountant post:Role & responsibilities:Record and maintain day-to-day business transactions like Sales, Purchases, Payments, Receipts.Keep Bank Accounts up to date by posting day-to-day transactions.Record all expenses and review those expenses & keep the track of expenses every month.Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.Creditors & Debtors ledger reconciliationMaintain all the records & files in a proper manner.Track outstanding client payments and follow up for timely collections.Required Skills:Proficiency in Tally Prime ERP (data entry for purchase, sales, bank vouchers, etc.).Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).Basic knowledge of banking, E- way bills and other similar workAbility to keep documents and data well organized.Educational Qualification:B.Com/M.Com or equivalent in Commerce.0 to 3 years of experience in Accounting.
