Content Specialist (Scriptwriting & Ideation) Company: Black Cactus Agency Location: Remote Type: Full-Time Black Cactus Agency is hiring a Content Specialist to create short-form content ideas and scripts for Instagram and TikTok. You’ll work with doctors, Business owners, and personal brands , turning their expertise into clear, engaging short-form content using proven frameworks and AI-powered systems. What You’ll Do Create short-form content ideas based on monthly content calendars Write high-quality scripts for Reels and TikTok Use AI tools (ChatGPT + internal systems) to work efficiently Follow clear SOPs and content frameworks Deliver consistent output at a high standard This role focuses on ideation and scripting only — no client management or posting.
