About the Role: We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves connecting with potential customers over calls, understanding their needs, and driving sales conversions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and convert leads into sales opportunities. Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and provide relevant information about products/services. Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions or investment options. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up activities in CRM tools. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimize lead quality and conversion rates. Keep updated on company offerings, industry trends, and competitors. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: Business, Finance, Marketing, or related). 1–2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer acquisition. Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills. Strong listening, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
