The Warehouse Incharge is responsible for ensuring all outbound shipments meet quality, safety, and compliance standards through detailed inspection and documentation of materials, palletizing processes, and packaging. ● Pre-Inspection & Documentation: Review shipping documents, packing lists, MSDS (if hazardous), and consignee requirements. ● Material Verification: Check product type, batch numbers, and quantities; report any damaged, expired, or non-compliant materials. ● Pallet Inspection: Ensure pallets meet export standards (ISPM-15), are structurally sound, and contamination-free. ● Palletizing Oversight: Supervise palletizing for uniform weight distribution and compliance with handling guidelines. ● Re-Palletizing (if needed): Oversee transfer to new pallets; ensure accurate re-labelling and document reasons. ● Wrapping & Securing: Confirm proper shrink wrapping/strapping; ensure hazardous goods are handled per SDS. ● Labelling & Marking: Verify all labels for accuracy, including product info, consignee details, and hazard markings. ● Reporting: Prepare inspection reports with supporting photos and issue shipment readiness clearance. Skills and Qualifications: ● Experience in warehouse operations or quality control ● Knowledge of export packing standards and hazardous goods handling ● Attention to detail and strong documentation skills
