Serve as the primary point of contact for student concerns related to accommodation, well-being, and conduct. Coordinate with the administration, housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams for effective hostel operations. Conduct periodic inspections of rooms, common areas, and amenities to ensure hygiene and maintenance. Manage check-in/check-out procedures for residents and maintain updated occupancy records. Address student grievances promptly and report serious matters to the management. Monitor attendance, visitor logs, and late entries as per hostel rules. Ensure timely communication of notices, policies, and events related to hostel activities. Assist in organizing student engagement or welfare activities within the hostel. Be available for emergency situations (medical, safety, or disciplinary).
