Key Responsibilities Curriculum Planning & Implementation : Coordinate and implement OBE curriculum based on Outcome Based Education (OBE) principles. Adapt learning outcomes and teaching strategies to meet diverse needs of students with special needs. · Empowering parents for the implementation . Academic Supervision : Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, IEP (Individualised Education Plan) alignment and assessment design. Monitor classroom practices to ensure curriculum fidelity and quality learning outcomes. Teacher Development: Organise regular teacher training and capability – building workshops on inclusive and OBE-based pedagogy. * Ensure proper documentation and reporting of academic progress and outcomes. Assessment & Evaluation Oversee formative and summative assessments in line with OBC and students learning outcomes · Ensure proper documentation and reporting of academic progress and outcomes. · Academic Innovation : Encourage use of assistive technologies (AVAZ/ PECS) and different instructional material / Teaching Learning Material. Support the integration of life skills and vocational components as per OBE framework.
