Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational Support Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities across departments. Assist with scheduling site visits and client meetings. Support the leasing team with document processing, lead tracking, and client follow-up. Maintain and update property listings, databases, and CRM systems. 2. Documentation & Compliance Manage documentation for property transactions including agreements, deeds, registration, NOCs, etc. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Liaise with legal advisors for timely execution of contracts. 3. Vendor & Client Coordination Coordinate with vendors (builders, architects, facility management, etc.) for property-related services. Handle client communications and resolve operational queries promptly. Follow up with clients for payments, documentation, and project updates. 4. Project Monitoring Track ongoing projects and report progress to management. Prepare operational reports, status updates, and KPIs. 5. Administrative Tasks Support HR and finance in basic administrative duties like attendance, expense claims, etc. Maintain office supplies, equipment, and ensure the work environment is well-organized. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong organizational and multitasking skills Good communication (written and verbal) Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and CRM software Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of real estate processes and documentation is an advantage Qualifications: 10th, +2 or Bachelor’s degree in any stream or related field 1–3 years of experience in operations, preferably in the real estate industry Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid sick time Work Location: In person
