Biology Faculty

Job Responsibilities – Biology Faculty (Foundation & NEET)1. Classroom Teaching

• Teach Biology to Foundation batches (Class 8–10) and NEET aspirants (Class 11 & 12).
• Deliver concept-oriented, diagram-based, and NCERT-focused lectures.
• Ensure students understand concepts through examples, visuals, and real-life applications.

2. Syllabus Planning & Execution

• Prepare yearly/monthly teaching plans as per NCERT and NEET patterns.
• Ensure timely completion of the syllabus with regular revisions.

3. Concept Clarification & Doubt Sessions

• Conduct regular doubt-solving classes (individual & group).
• Provide extra support for weak and average students.

4. Test Preparation & Evaluation

• Create/review chapter-wise tests, unit tests, part tests, and full mocks.
• Evaluate answer sheets and provide personalized feedback.

5. Study Material & Content Development

• Prepare high-quality notes, diagrams, worksheets, MCQ banks, and NEET-level practice material.
• Update content based on latest exam trends and NCERT changes.

6. Performance Analysis

• Track each student's performance regularly.
• Identify weak students and conduct remedial classes to improve their scores.

7. Classroom Discipline & Motivation

• Maintain an engaging and positive classroom environment.
• Motivate students for regular study, consistency, and exam-focused preparation.

8. Academic Coordination

• Coordinate with other subject faculties (Physics, Chemistry) for planning integrated batches.
• Attend academic meetings and contribute to curriculum improvements.

9. Parent Engagement

• Participate in PTMs (Parent-Teacher Meetings) and provide performance updates.
• Inform parents about attendance, behavior, and academic progress.

10. Professional Ethics

• Be punctual, disciplined, and dedicated to student success.
• Follow institute guidelines and maintain professional behavior at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
