Do you wake up every morning thinking: “How can I make someone’s life better today – and close a deal while I’m at it?” If your idea of fun includes crafting clever sales strategies, building meaningful connections, and closing high-value tech deals with flair – then you might be our next Business Development Maverick . We want someone who’s not just good at sales – we want a force of nature . What You’ll Do (aka Your Playground) Strategize Like a General: Create, optimize, and execute sales strategies that actually work . You’ll define playbooks, build funnels, and experiment like a scientist. Communicate Like a Pro: Talk to leads, clients, and partners with the kind of clarity, empathy, and conviction that closes deals. Your words should inspire confidence. Build and Own the Customer Engine: Create a kickass customer database (CRM), track leads, and make sure no conversation slips through the cracks . Follow Up Like It’s a Superpower: You don’t ghost people. You follow up till the deal is done — or the universe ends. Whichever comes first. Sell with Tech-Savviness: You don’t need to code, but understanding what “custom ERP solution” or “cloud-native app” means would help you connect better with our clients. Be Relentless: You don’t fold after one “no.” You tweak, re-pitch, add value, and try again . Because giving up? Not your thing. You’ll Thrive If You Are... A natural storyteller who knows how to turn product features into client benefits Passionate about IT services and can hold your own in a tech conversation Someone who lives in CRM dashboards and has a love-hate relationship with pipelines A go-getter who doesn’t wait for instructions—you make things happen Comfortable with targets , but even more obsessed with impact Bonus Points If You... Have worked in or sold to industries like SaaS, tech services, or enterprise software Know what ERP, AI, mobile development, and cloud really mean (or are ready to learn fast) Can write a cold email that gets a warm reply What’s In It For You?
