Responsibilities Be a part of the initial team to define and set up a best-in-class digital platform for the Private Credit industry, and take full ownership of the components of the digital platform You will build robust and scalable web-based applications and need to think of platforms & reuse Driving and active contribution to High-Level Designs(HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs). Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Mentor team members in adopting effective coding practices. Conduct comprehensive code reviews, focusing on both functional and non-functional aspects. Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of backend systems through proper testing, monitoring, and optimization. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile development processes to maintain code quality and project timelines. Simply, be an owner of the platform and do whatever it takes to get the required output for customers Be curious about product problems and have an open mind to dive into new domains eg: gen-AI. Stay up-to-date with the latest development trends, tools, and technologies. Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in backend development, with a strong track record of successfully architecting and implementing scalable and high-performance backend systems. Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (e.g.,Python, Golang, Node.js, Java) & tech stack to write maintainable, scalable, unit-tested code. Good understanding of databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g. MongoDB, Elasticsearch, etc) Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices. Experience with multi-threading and concurrency programming Extensive experience in object-oriented design skills, knowledge of design patterns, and huge passion and ability to design intuitive module and class-level interfaces. Experience of cloud computing platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) Knowledge of Test Driven Development Good to have Experience with microservices architecture Knowledge of serverless computing and event-driven architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions) Understanding of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD). Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities.
