No ameneties to talk about. Located in the middle of jungle still prices of the flats are so high. No good shop nearby. Far from the main road. Everything is far from here.

BCC'S Construction quality just amazing I got purchased 16 flat in BCC projects and believe me their Construction quality just an A+ quality I have to recommend all of you go and check out their flats & villa in an very good amount.

They fraud With Customer And blackmail the customer And Specially Involve in this Ifftekhar ,Vaibhav ,Anushka ,And janvi. all Are blackmail the customer for payment and abuse the customer and threaten for payment . Be aware before choosing Bcc

They will trick you at every step. Plz dont buy. Make sure you ask them in writing for every rupee. They ask GST after registry which is already paid before.

My friend Manish Jaitly purchased the flat from bcc green they have not given him any GST no recipet but now they are harrassing him for GST payment

Roads inside are narrow.Gate elevation is too high.smallcars are rubbing to gate floor.Greenry area is too less.There is no place for little ones for playing.

BCC IS TOTAL FRAUD They will ask for GST and other charges after registry of the flat.And the employees of BCC are very unprofessional..plz stay away from BCC.

They are doing fraud by asking 12% GST after the registry which should be paid by the builder but they ask from the customers.
