Role Focus : Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and LTIP Administration Duration. Location : Head Office (Kolkata) Reports To : Head of HR Key Responsibilities & Learning Opportunities: Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing candidates for salaried roles (TMs, ADOs) using LinkedIn and job portals. Support the Head Office Tele-Recruitment Unit (TRU) by screening basic POSP applications. Onboarding & Compliance: Manage the digital onboarding process for new salaried hires. Ensure all documentation for the LTIP and Employee File is processed accurately. Policy Support: Assist in drafting and organizing HR policy documents, including components of the Travel and Expense Policy (TEM) and the LTIP Handbook. Engagement Program: Help organize and track data for employee motivation initiatives, such as the Inter-Cluster Challenge and data related to the internal Culture Connect Hub. POSP Data Audit: Assist the team in maintaining the integrity of the POSP database, tracking activation rates and tenure for initial cohorts. Desired Skills : Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related fields. Excellent organizational and data management skills (Excel/Google Sheets).
